Best Practice: When Your Students and Graduates Have Questions on ECFMG Policies and Procedures
ECFMG’s policies and procedures are detailed and specific. While we understand that medical school officials want to be responsive to questions, we kindly request that you direct your students and graduates to ECFMG for clarification on ECFMG policies and procedures. Unfortunately, some medical school officials have recently provided incorrect information to medical students. Applicants who provide ECFMG with incorrect information may be charged with irregular behavior, which can have serious consequences. To ensure the best service for your students and graduates, refer them to ECFMG.
If your students and graduates have questions about ECFMG policies and procedures, they should contact ECFMG’s Applicant Information Services at email@example.com or 1-215-386-5900 to connect with an advisor who can assist them. Telephone assistance is available between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time in the United States, Monday through Friday.
